Made with locally grown plants, these handmade smudge wands will cleanse your space, while bringing love and positivity.

“I release all energies that no longer serve my greatest good.

I ask that only love, light, health, happiness, healing & abundance fill my space.

And so it is.”

How to Smudge.

Traditionally. Native Americans use the four elements: herbs (earth), matches (fire), an abalone shell (water) and a feather (air). The Abalone shell can be substituted for a fire proof dish to hold the burning herbs, to catch ash and to distinguish the smudge wand. The feather is used to fan the smoke throughout the space. Light the smudge wand and allow it to smoulder, you may blow the wand to help it smoulder. Relight it as needed. When you are finished smudging, distinguish the wand in the abalone shell. You do not have to use the whole wand at once.
